Sunday Sew-In Coming Up
Today I decided to stop analyzing and just get some events scheduled. The first one is coming up on Sunday, June 6. We had so much fun learning together during Scrap Quilt Secrets so I created a Sunday Sew-In. We’ll hang out and sew on Zoom, and I’ll share a block pattern plus some scrappy tips.
I’ll share a few quilts that are not in any of my trunk shows and you’ll get to see what I’m currently working on. If you want to, you can share what you’re working on, too!
You’ll need a ticket and they’re priced right at just $5. Get your ticket on Eventbrite now!

This will be live only and it won’t be recorded. But if it goes well, there will be more sew-ins, so if you’re busy this week, you can come another time.

Will you help me out by answering a question? Here it is:
What do you want to know about scrap quilts?
What is it that gives you trouble? If you’d leave a comment and let me know, I’d be very grateful.

I hope to see you at the Sunday Sew-In. It’s going to be so much fun! Tickets are $5 right here.

I still need to work on picking the best fabrics out – the pattern part, cutting, sewing and all I’m pretty sure I have a handle on that. But picking from my stash usually ends up with the project being flat.

I’m amazed at the couple of quilts I have made with scraps. Mostly, because I’m not a person that likes this that are really busy and not real cohesive. If you saw my quilts, you’d understand. So it was really nice to use up some of my scraps and incorporated stash for the backs.
