One Hundred Small Quilts #1
I’m going to start sharing my quilts here in short posts. They’ll give you an idea of what my trunk shows are like, which is the thrust of my business, Stash Bandit: I’m a speaker and a teacher on the topic of quilt-making.

When a quilt (or several) intrigues you, I hope you’ll visit my Trunk Shows page, or get in touch via Booking Inquiries. You can email me, too: diane@stashbandit.net. Let’s Talk Quilts!
Nested Nicks is my original design which appeared in Quiltmaker’s Small Quilts & Gifts 2011. I love Russian nesting dolls, and I realized that it might be possible to make them look like Santas. Each one is embellished with a button for the hat’s pompom, and another for the belt buckle. I had so much fun making these little guys! All of the fabrics are from my stash.
Nesting Nicks is just one of about 40 quilts in my new Jingle Bells Trunk Show. I’d love to bring it to your quilt group in 2018 or ’19. Let’s Talk Quilts!
This little quilt is also part of my trunk show called One Hundred Small Quilts. It’s historically been my most popular presentation for quilt guilds. Check it out!
